How I handle the personal information you share with me through this website.

What I collect
When you request a call back or contact me, I collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the best time to call and a short message about your plans. If you call, text or email me, I receive your contact details and anything you include.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, give you mortgage advice you’ve asked for and, if you go ahead, arrange your mortgage. I don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Tools on this site
This site uses an embedded mortgage calculator and an embedded contact form provided by third parties [NEEDS: names of the calculator and form providers from Alex]. Information you enter in them is processed by those providers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure it. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a mortgage are deleted when they’re no longer needed. If you become a client, your records are kept as required by my brokerage and BC regulations.
